Booking & Payments
All bookings are made through our website and paid in full at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking and payment have been successfully processed. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time, so please plan accordingly. If your session includes a crew of 6–15 people, larger equipment setups, or a more involved production workflow, reach out before booking and we’ll help coordinate the best setup for your shoot. Larger productions may require a different booking structure or custom pricing depending on the crew size and production needs. If the actual crew size, production setup, or amount of equipment significantly exceeds what was originally communicated at the time of booking, SAHA Space reserves the right to apply an additional production fee. Overtime depends on studio availability and may not always be possible, especially if another booking is scheduled after yours. If the schedule allows, we’re always happy to help accommodate extra time whenever we can. Additional studio time is billed in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.
